New PapugLinux forum

The PapugLinux website has move to a new CMS platform. During this migration we also decide to change the forum infrastructure to provide a higher grade service. We choosed Nabble platform for its "two lines of code" embedding facility as well as its wide utilisation accross open source projects. If you already have a Nabble user, no need to create a new one to post on PapugLinux forum.
